Sorry if this one is too obscure.
They're definitely cyprinids (hey, I'm a Carp guy, what did you expect?) They're related to rasbora but are actually in another genus. The genus name and the species name both indicate smallness. They're a little more than half as big as a dwarf rasbora: think micro.
