Nerite snail eggs. Leave them. I gave up removing mine since I could not. Maybe rub on steel brush? Try soft toothbrush if you haven't yet. Good luck.lol

They will go away on their own after a month or so once they hatch.
Varying salinity levels. What species are yours? Only the Theodoxus fluviatilis and Neritina reclivata have been recorded to hatch so far.They will hatch? I thought you needed some special water parameters?
