I would assume he is gettting the only 48 incher they have since his tank is a 4 foot long 55 gal. Which leaves 4.27 WPG (roughly) of PC light, that is not enough PC light to reach the bottom of the tank.

I agree, if going with that fixture, corals would have to be placed middle, or even higher up....

that is like 34 less WPG but it is T-5 IMO go with the bigger version of the last one posted and you will be fine!!

no man thats way to expensive i have a 650$ or so budget---

tank-250
stand-80
aragonite-around 70
LR-100

Since you are going to need about 55 or more pounds of live rock, how can it be $100?

If you are only on a $650 budget you could get a 30 gallon with better lighting than a 55 gallon, for more corals, but the 30 gallon would be harder to take care of. With the PC lighting you are thinking of, I don't think you could keep corals. Wait.. did you even want corals?

Yes i do whant corals and the LR im only getting 40 pounds to sart the whole fish having process but then ill put more like 2 months after the whole tank has been set up and i have been told that that lighting i ws thinking about could take care of corals accept clams and anemones so i should be since im not having none of both for a while so what do you think....
