Hi guys! I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a snail that will be ideal in a 3 gallon, unfiltered tank w/ no gravel? He must also not be asexual...
It is currently housing a betta fish, and a pond snail. The pond snail does a great job at eating any food and particles before it rots. But he's asexual and has been leaving egg sacs around like crazy... They can be super sticky and hard to remove. I keep getting tiny snails crawling around my tanks and it's so annoying. He also annoys my betta b/c he destroys his bubble nests...
I've been doing some snail research but havent come up with any. The tank cannot have gravel b/c he is sensitive to any bacteria buildable in gavel and he doesn't enjoy filter currents.
