You can get rid of them by installing adblock plus (https://adblockplus.org/)

and installing

aquariacentral.com###siropuChatBar

(Note you need top copy and paste, not click the link that the forum's advertising software will create automatically)​

as a custom filter (Go to options, Add your own filters, Add filter)
