Now right where it was are these 2 tentacle pink invertebrates I belive. Also There is a bunch of small little white things that look like tadpoles..... here’s some pics and videos. Yes it is messy over where the things are. I haven’t cleaned it this week.

There are hydra in the corner. They're mostly harmless--they will eat fry and small shrimp, but most adult fish aren't harmed. Do more, bigger water changes and they'll die off.

If that much waste builds up in a week, I'd question a) feeding/stock levels b) filtration size.

I agree with Oriongirl 100%. The other white things could be any number of things but most likely just another indicator of a "dirty" tank. Try bigger water changes, increase filtration, decrease feeding, remove uneaten food immediately etc.
