increase ph and kh

is there anything natural like u can find at a grocery store to increase ph and to increase kh. i just bought 2 electric yellows and 3 electric blues tn,beautiful fish!!

Baking soda will work, but it's very hard to maintain a stable pH/KH by adding baking soda. Much better is to buy a small quantity of crushed coral/aragonite sand from a pet store, put it in filter bag or nylon stocking, and stick it in a filter. The coral will slowly dissolve and take up KH and pH as it does so.
