I just bought 3 female swordtails a few days ago, and was noticing some things that lead me to believe they may be sick. Their poop has been whitsh and stringy, it did change color to the food I was feeding but not by much. I've fed some minced garlic in with their food for the past two days. I heard that this is good for treating and preventing intestinal parasites. True to their rep, they've been eating well. One of the females has already established dominance over the others. Other than the symptoms I've listed, nothing else seems to be wrong. How will I know when this treatment has done its job? I read somewhere that this mixture should only be given two times a week, but I'm not exactly sure what others who use this method might do, so any advice is appreciated. Thanx
