Iron question in relation to Plantex CSM+B

I've recently setup a 55g heavily planted tank with 130 watts of lighting and pressurized CO2.

I know the recommended starting point for CSM+B used to be

55gal. = 2 Tablespoons / 500mL = 2.75mL dosage daily

My question is, what is a good target starting level of iron to add in a week?

I guesstimated the mix above to add about .05ppm of iron a day to the tank, but that was just a guess.

CSM +B is what I use in all my tanks, two of which are 55s.
The amount of Fe necessary in a given tank is a subjective matter. My opinion is that the Fe contained in the trace mix we use is sufficient and no extra Fe is necessary. Especially if you dose daily. This should keep enough Iron in the water table for the plants. Probably 50 - 60% of the plants in my tanks are Cryptocorynes of one variety or another, and they do well with no extra.
One other thing. I have what would be commonly called a very heavy plant mass and dose 8 - 10mls. daily in my 40 and 55 gal. tanks. Smaller mass would require less of course.
