Is a eheim 2213 enough filtration on a heavily planted 75 gallon?

I currently have a emperor 400 and a 2213 running on my 75 gallon planted tank. The 2213 is rated for 66 gallons or so, since the tank is heavily planted, is this enough filtration for the tank? I am wanting to remove the emperor 400 since everyone says it gases off too much CO2, however I am not going to be able to buy another canister until at least next month probably. So should I leave the emperor on it, or will the 2213 be up to the job.

Also, will it generate enough water movement and add enough oxygen?

I don't run my CO2 at night.

2 filters is always a good idea - no matter what type. If one goes out and you don't find it for a day, the other one will at least keep water moving and O2 in your tank.

I would keep the emperor 400 running on the tank with the Eheim 2213 until you get another filter. I do not think that just one Eheim 2213 is enough for a tank of that size.
