Everywhere I look on info for brine shrimp has the directions to start a culture using the eggs or cysts, how do I cultivate/breed them from live shrimp? Thanks....

Brine shrimp require a large saltwater environment to survive and reproduce.

Sure you can. You hatch brine shrimp and grow them in salt water. It takes a few months but they will breed and produce offspring.
It is however a painstaking process. Just my $.02, but frankly, you might better just buy frozen brine shrimp.
