Is it safe to add more fish right now?

Do water parameters dictate when I can add new fish? On 9/26 I added two Rainbow Sharks and one Blue Paradise Gourami. On 9/30 my water tested at...Ammonia:0, Nitrite:0, Nitrate:5.

On 10/2, I took back one Rainbow Shark and added 6 Sterba's Cory. This morning, 10/4, my water tested at Ammonia:0, Nitrite:0, Nitrate:5.

Am I safe to add a couple Angels now? If not right now, what dictates when I am supposed to add my next species of fish?

I have a 70g tall with multiple driftwood and many fake plants if this helps.

Thank you all for your input.

If you are holding at zero for Ammonia and Nitrites, you are in good shape to add more fish. (Slowly of course.) After any fish addition, keep an eye on your numbers (daily testing), to change out water at the first sign of a mini-cycle.
