is it safe to put this in the tank as decor

organ pipe skeleton
a few other skeleton corals, one of which has been dyed red (I don't think should risk this one).
Can I just boil the others and be okay or might i get spikes?

The sea fan should be OK. The pipe organ (tubipora) may collect debris in all the little holes, but won't hurt anything. Keeping any of them free of algae may be a bit challenging. How to treat them depends on how you got them. If there's a lot of gunk on them, a good bleaching, followed by dechlorination and rinsing will clean them up.
