I have an outdoor concrete pond/fountain and I am planing on putting a mosaic bottom and edges, so the water looks crystal clear, Is this harmful for fishes? Thank you

A mosaic of glazed ceramic tiles or something? I'd imagine the tiles/stones/whatever are probably fine, but be careful what caulk/bonding agents you use.
A crystal clear goldfish pond is a contradiction in terms. Perhaps rethink the concept? A shallow ornamental pool with all the fountains and filters and chemicals and algicides to hold that look, or a pond with fish - two entirely different concepts.
i think it would be ok i made one of a koi once and it didnt do anything and the pond at the LFS is tiled inside. just use regular cement or mortar to fill in the cracks and empty and refill the pond many times before adding fish, the ph will be high from the cement.

The concept is the following: Maybe the word pond is not entirely correct, because the floor would be made of mosaic (currenly concrete) but I do have some plants around the pond and I am planning on putting a section of aquatic plants in the pond. I have very good bio flitrarion and my water doesnt get that green algea yet the water is clearer than a regular pond yet not as clear as glass aquarium, i guess. What I have is more like an external aquarium with subheaters & tropcial fish yet the difference is that it gets true sunlight (proper shading places as well), insects, plants around and rain, so my concept is more like an external aquarium not as natural as a pond and not with so much artificial aditaments as an aquarium or a rigourously crystal clear pool.
