the inside of his tail turned white, hes laying upside down, and his feet are still moving.. he also moved from one spot to another while doing this, although i didnt actually see him move myself. Do they lay on their backs when they molt, or is he just croaking?

I've never actually seen ghost shrimp during the molt, but that doesn't sound good. I know with SW shrimp, they don't lay down at all. I'd keep a watch on it--and keep in mind that ghost shrimp aren't the longest lived shrimp out there. A year and a half is about average, and without anyway to know how old is was when purchased, it's a tough call.

He is the smallest one..... o, he just moved again... Anyway, a week back he did get sucked into the filter, so maybe hes just finally dying because of that or something... do some stay really small all their lives?

dont have a digital : (... plus hes dissapeared.. they seem to do that sometimes. I have no idea where they hide though.
