Doesn't matter how, it just matters that we did. We all have our own faith, be that in science or in God. If we rose from goo here, they could have done the same. If God made us here, he could have made them just as easily and not told either about the other. I refuse to accept that we are an entirely unique situation in this universe. I don't forsee spaceships coming here, but someday I expect audio contact.

If there are people in another universe God would have told us? What in our track record would motivate a supreme being to tell us about life on another planet? Our tender and supportive approach to dealing with indigenous people or our careful stewardship of this planet and its environment?

Is there life out there? Probably – it would be the sheer arrogance to look at all those stars and think we are alone. Are we regularly visited – probably not. If they are hovering above I’m sure it purely for the entertainment value sort of liking watching the Springer Show. Fun to watch from a safe distance but do you really want to go there?

Sorry for maybe making you all mad! I didn't mean for that! I just know for a FACT that there are no aliens. Sorry if I sound rude but I have a VERY good resource! I mean obviously aliens couldn't live in outer space..but I DO believe that there COULD be another universe with people but I highly doubt that. WEll I believe that they aren't there and I know that they aren't there. I believe what is a fact. Sorry if I didn't make it clear. How were aliens created? Where they formed from goo like people believed that we were? I'm NOT gonna talk religion cause that isn't allowed, but whatever. Take it or leave it..I'm not feeling well so I'm not in a good mood.

I can understand that your "VERY good resource" is telling you what to believe, but that cannot be presented as fact. Faith is not science, and those beliefs cannot be proven. BTW, not everyone believes that people were formed from God, but that life evolved from very simple organisms...and, given the vastness of the universe, it's not implausible to think that there is other life out there, be it simpler or more complex that human beings. This discussion/argument will go on forever...that's why it's discouraged within GCC.
