Is this ammonia safe to fishless cycle with?

I’m fishless cycling my 58-gallon tank and in the past I’ve always used Kroger ammonia but when I went to the supermarket to pick some up it looks as though Kroger updated the label. It still says clear ammonia and it doesn’t foam when you shake it but they now added an ingredients list and it has a last ingredient of Quality Control Agent(S). Do you think it is still safe to use or should I look for something else without Quality Control Agent(S)? Thanks

I would say that if it doesn't foam and it is clear then it should be safe to use. Also, take a little sniff...should not have any flowery type smell. There seems to be a lot of brnds that have additives that take out some of the 'ammonia' smell.

Their magical "Quality Control Agents" are most likely chelates. The chelates will associate with ammonia and keep it from evaporating, thus allowign the product to keep longer.

edit: oops, forgot to add conclusion: therefore, yes, should be fine.
