is this an eastern mosquito fish.carrying Eggs?

I picked these fish up whille passing an aquarium one day not near were i live and cant find out what they are ? they look like an eastern mosquito fish but a feemale is carrying eggs . everything i have read tells me that mosquito fish are live bearers. So maby you might know ?

i've seen a photo of that sort of fish before in a book, and the book said it was some sort of killifish.
 
That is not a gambusia because the anal fin is to long/to many rays. Fin placement is off too.
 
not a gambusia or livebearer for that matter. Livebearers have gravid spots and when they're pregnant these spots turn really dark especially right before delivery. when they're not pregnant the gravid spot in gambusia resemble a noticeable (empty) pink spot. at least this is what i have noticed in my gambusia. it does look somewhat like a killifish with that type of anal fin and mega huge mouth.
