Hey my young bronze goldfish is chasing my older goldfish around the tank rubbing up against him/her. Actually now both the younger fish are doing it. Should I remove her from the tank or is this normal? Azumi my older goldfish doesn't seem to happy about it and keeps trying to swim away. This has been going on for about an hour so I'm worried.

She's fine! It is natural for them to do- and she doesn't seem like she's getting worn out, or even look THAT annoyed. They chase- she will "run", it's just what they do. They might keep it up for a couple of days off and on, but she is ok! I don't think you're going to get any actual spawning- they look too young still, but, they still go through the behavior. Did you raise the temp recently (either with a heater, or warmer room) and do a water change? That can trigger it sometimes.

I can't say for 100% certain, unfortunately. I keep fancies, but, their behavior is pretty much identical. The longest I have had it go on was off and on for 4 days... they'd chase off and on for an hour, or so, and then stop- then start back up again a few hours later, or the next day. It looks kind of ugly, but, your girl will be fine. If you get really worried, you can breeder net her to give her a break, but, unless she is panting heavily in a corner, and seeming highly aggitated, I would leave her be. It's just what they do.
