Well...define real.

If the q is does this person exist and look like that in real life, I would say unlikely until proven otherwise. Not real either way though :D
 
I saw a tv show about a weight lifter who took steroids...eventually he got an infection from injecting the steroids and had to have his arm drained. Since he was about half the size of that guy, I doubt someone like that would be able to exist. And if this is a real picture, I doubt they will be alive for much longer...the amount of drugs you would have to take to look like that is ridiculous! And it isn't attractive at all. :headshake2:

I don't know if it's photo shopped, but I would not want
to look like that! How do they wipe when they go to the bathroom. :eek:
