oh god yes he is a blue 3 spot guromi the shop said they awere quiet and community fish. His killed practically the whole tank. Hope they will take him back, would i be able to get any sort of compensation, after all you trust what the shop says. i have a honey gourmi had her for ages and she has never done anything, so does the breed matter on tempremant, would i be advised to get another honey guormi or just stick to the one honey.

As a gourami rule you should either keep 1 or 4 or more, never 2 or 3. A tank with 2-3 Gouramis usually ends up with the dominant one harassing the entire tank. With four or more they take out their aggression on each other.

I'd stay away from blue 3-spots. They say the gold and opaline are less aggressive, but I found that once my gold one was the only gourami in the tank he decided to pick on everyone.
