Whom ever said Dragon gobies won't eat live fish was wrong...
I watched my dragon gobies eat up my sick purple spot goby.
He also tries to get a hold of my south american puffer everytime he swims by.

You bring up a good point, but I've found in relevant literature that most fish who can physically eat another fish will do so.

I had no idea! I've had my dragon for 4 years & he's never ate more than an algae wafer. I could see if the fish was sick or injured, he'll eat anything that passes by his mouth that he can suck in. Never a fish that could just swim away.

Well, it's got be a pretty lazy or sick fish for a dragon goby to catch it and eat it. It's probably an example of Darwinism at it's finest. The dragon goby has terrible eye sight and isn't excatly the smartest fish in the tank either. :)
Kinda reminds me of the bicher eels I used to keep. Yea, yea, I know that aren't actually eels.
