Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and have found it useful for my little SW tank in my living room (just a 30 with 4 fish, 3 inverts, and the polethera of snails and hermits).
Anyway, when I moved to Ohio, my girlfriend who moved in with me brought 2 beautiful aquascaped FW tanks that she said were modeled in "Japanese Zen" style by some famous tank artist whos name escapes me. Needless to say, she and I are not on speaking terms anymore but I have a huge kitchen that looks like it needs a 50 gal or so against the wall and I think I'd like to do a Zen style FW there. Does anyone know (and I'm sure someone must) where there's a site devoted to this? Also, any book suggestions would help.
I haven't had a FW since I was 16, and I didn't have live plants in that one so any comments/concerns/pointers anyone has are welcomed. I would like to know if a brackish aquascape is possible (puffers are very tempting...)
Thanks in advance.
