Hello, I bought some java moss for my 10 gallon. Right now there are 2 25 watt bulbs. Is this enough light to make the java moss grow?

sure. Ithink that stuff could grow in an underground river.....
don't expect most other plants to live in that light, though.
are they incandescents in an incadescent hood? if so, you could easily replace them with 2 compact flourescents, giving you and even 2 WPG of flourescent light, which most plants should have to grow properly.

That is plenty of light. I put a small piece of java moss in a baggie in my closet just to see what would happen. After 2 weeks it is still green! Has not grown at all, but it isn't dead.
