Jungle Val

My jungle val is going crazy. It is longer than the height of my tank!!! Can I safely prune it??????

Yes, you can rip off or snip off or just enjoy the "comb over" effect, lol. I have it a 55g 20 inch tall tank & it needs some control. Mine are either V. natans or V. spiralis but there is an even longer 1 or 2 val.

Ask a moderator to move your thread to planted tanks, you'll get more help there.

Yes, you can cut the tops off. It will continue to grow.
