I belong to some 20+ fish boards is that a problem? I find eachboard has its +'s and -'s
and if i can learn something from one board i have no problems bringing that info to another.I detest ''board war''or boards declaring they are the best or scream they did something first its just childish and silly.And occur more than many think this is a very good board and If MFK helped it good for them-Anne
 
For a mod response--don't care if people belong to other boards. Why bother? I personally belong to several boards. The only time there's a problem is when someone comes here specifically to get members--promoting another board, fine, telling members here that this place sucks and their site is the best is a problem.

Deciding to share that you joined elsewhere? Don't see the point, but don't care. Just doesn't belong in the fish forums, hence it was moved to GCC.
 
So...is it acceptable practice for folks to come on this forum and pm it's members to come check out their new forum?? This has happened to me twice now, and I just ignore them. Should I be doing anything else??

Report them to us. We give them a warning then a ban.
 
No trolling for members is always in poor taste and usually frowned upon by the other board and done by individual members without the other boards knowledge-Anne
