Just curious how this network makes money?

I'm prob missing something obvious, but when reading about the ACA convention, it said Monster Aquaria Network sponsored much of the show. Where's the income? I don't see any advertising. Membership is free. I've been wondering what the inspiration for keeping this huge network going is. Career or hobby? I'm grateful for it, but also curious about it!

would seem to me that they are smuggling them for the sole purpose of making sure they get saved, and put in appropriate homes
