Just need to vent...

and if all else fails, ems....we can use the 'P' word....he'll come and help you out....;)

Ems, I'm so sorry you're having to go through all this crap. I had to deal with similar when in graduate school at campus for 3 years, and spent alot of money on the blasted towing instead of food!! Sometimes it really seems like, "If it won't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all!" Hang in there and know we're all rooting for ya! Nothing lasts forever even though it feels like it! R
:)

Thanks for the link Mishi, I'll definitely look into it!

Roan - this is my first time ever renting, so I really don't know what to do! I'm sure there is some kind of act though. Would it still apply even though I'm a "visitor"??

DM - oh no! you're saying too much! ;)

Rosita - thanks for the kind words :)

Reiverix - at times I thought I was overreacting, now that I have it all in writing, I don't know how I am still sane either!

SF - Well was I right or what?! ;) Oh and they've already done a cutty on PMR. What about Overhaulin'?

Alright everyone, an update:
I got my car back last night, it's running better than it was before it was towed (this last time) so I guess that's good news. When I went to go park the car there were 4 illegally parked cars.... geez eh?
Landlord called and said theres a strata meeting next week and he is going to call the Property Manager again after the meeting. Lets hope something comes out of this.

that's a horrible story. If it was me I'd be calling about every single other car parked illegally because I'd be dipped if I didnt' share the wealth (plus that kind of thing really grinds my gears). Honestly I would look at breaking that lease and going somewhere else. The penalty can't be more than you've already paid in towing charges.

Hopefully things start looking up though. Start hunting for a new apartment; your stress levels will love you for it ;)

I'm so sorry, Ems. I hope everything works out. My question of course is, "Where the heck are you supposed to park?" It sounds to me like he's certainly got it in for you.

Thats a good question, Larissa.
I still park on the street, but it's parking wars because theres hardly any parking there. Also, now I am paranoid about parking "illegally".. like there's a spot that can fit one car, and I'm afraid I'm parked too close to where there is no parking... sheesh..
