Welcome to AC!

Well, in a 30g you're already overstocked I'm sorry to say. Your fish must be small or you'd be having problems already. Is your tank a 30g long (4ft x 1 x 1) or a breeder (36 long x 12 x 15-ish)? It really doesn't matter much. You can keep a male & female pair of angels OR maybe a trio of pearl gouramis (1 male & 2 females, maybe just an M & F) IF they get along.

You have some hard choices to make soon-ish, you have enough angels & gouramis for 5 or 6 4 ft tanks, I'm sure that's not in your short term future.

8 angel fish and 6 gouramiis would be a lot for a tank 3x that size.

In a 30 high you could keep ONE (maybe two but leave that to those with experience with angels) angel and a pair/trio of pearls. And by pairs of angelfish do you mean 8? Angels are incredibly hard to sex. Most often you can only tell when they start to spawn.
