and it goes sort of droopy from the top, but when the lights are on, it looks healthy and great. is this normal? or should it stay straight thoughout. thanks in advance.

Many corals close for the night or droop..my green leather shrivels up lol then it gradually opens up during the day

very normal :D

my kenya tree is my coral with many faces... during the day (most days) it is HUGE and beautiful but at night it can shrink up to what looks to me kinda like cauliflower! it's totally pulled all the way in and so wierd looking. then some times it's all bent over like you said. sometimes it's even bent over during the day. i've found the leather toadstool in my 29g is the same way, that's softies for ya!
