I watched this with someone who speaks German. Although I didn't get a verbatim translation, he did relate that the kid seems to be trying to load a game. The computer was not cooperating. Its mostly just him calling the computer names and cursing.

As a veteran high school teacher in contemporary America, I can confidently say that most of our problems in the schools are due to parents--lack of discipline, lack of respect for anyone/anything, inability to accept responsibility for one's actions, lack of belief and faith in education, being plugged into too much unsupervised media (cable with video channels--might as well watch porn, vulgar, violent and misogynistic attitudes in rap music), belief that money and material possessions are the most important things in life, a growing lack of respect for life. . . it just goes on and on.
