A few months ago I was in a pet store in Enfield. There was a 3" koi, in a 3 gallon tank with 6 other fish. Although I really was not set up to deal with this, I couldn't leave that poor fish there. So, I purchased it and put it in a 20 gallon tank.
Today, Makki is 6 inches long and belongs in a pond and not a 20 gallon aquarium. S/he's orange and white. I really would like to find this little feller a good home.
Personally I would give him away, but my wife, the more practical of the two, says I should try to recoup some of the $45 I paid for him. At this point, I'd take an offer just to appease "the Boss".
I live in Windsor, by the airport. I can try to get a picture if required. If anyone is interested please let me know. I'd really like to find this wonderful creature a decent home.
