I had to remove my male krib from the 29 gallon due to his constant harrassment on the female, she is now alone with her fry. The question is.Will she eventually go in to spawn mode again(fat and purple) with out the presence of the male?

Not sure, my females were either courted by the male and produced eggs (she was already full of eggs when bought and is plump again after a batch of fry) or were rejected by the male and never plumped up. They always showed color.

Back when I had a pair of rather prolific krbs, they seemed to always be on the same page when raising fry or breeding. There was never any harassment that I can recall. Maybe after removing him for awhile and clearing out the fry, they will get back on track. How large are the fry? Has the male been chasing/eating them at all? It is possible that he is ready to boot them out of the "house" and get a new brood going and the female isn't at that point yet.
Good luck and keep us posted!

No, he never bothered the fry,he actually protected them from the other fish with a rage, this is their 3rd batch of fry, normally they both protect ,and this time was no exception,,,,,,but like i said, he started to put the run on her as well, after the fry were around 15 to 20 days old. Anyway he is now coling off in my 15 gal. by himself, the female is already startring to show some color, when her tail fin heals i'll remove the fry and place him back in the tank,,,,hopefully they will become re aquainted,,,,what a wonderful hobby huh?

Dwarfs cichlids can be tricky that way. Very high "divorce rate" in these fish. Sounds like you've got a good plan.
