kribs and dwarf puffers

Im getting a 29gallon for free soon w/o fish, and trying to decide what to stock it with, iv always been interested in having a pair of puffers and a pair of kribs, if i provide alot of plants and a nice cave for the kribs do you think this combo could work?
 
Very interesting question. Never tried it but am curious as to how it would go...I would not recommend it though. Those little bug-eyed fiends will be an interesting match for Kribs though I think they would stress themselves over each other all the time...Krib fry would be under constant watch and the Kribs would have a hand full though I would suspect their maternal instincts would keep the puffers in check in the long run. Lots and lots and lots of cover and hideouts! I'm curious as to what others have to say about this arrangement...
