My friend has a tank with 2 clown loaches, a plec, a dwarf guarami and 7 neon tetras. He bought a couple of Kribs and put them in the same tank.

What size is the tank? As long as the neons stay away from the krib's territory they should be fine.
What is that in gallons? about 40? If the tank is over 25 gallons then i would think it would be okay. You never know though... some kribs are more aggressive than others.
