Hey

In my 25g I currently have:

2 Pearl Gourami
11 Harlequin Rasbora
6 Kuhli Loach

I'm considering getting another 6 or so Loachs, would I be over stocking?

Probably not with Kuhlis, unless you don't do water changes very often. Live plants would also be a bonus, since they'll help keep the water cleaner.

Yea I've got a few anubias on drift wood and java moss, getting some nana petite in a couple of weeks. So plenty of plants.

Kuhlis don't get as big as other loaches, who require lots and lots of space. And since they're friendly, it should be an improvement for them, rather than a problem for the tank. You should be set with a set up like that, so long as you're good with water changes.

Any ideas what the most I could fit comfortably would be?

I'd think 12 would be about it. You've got a decent sized school of rasboras, and the two pearls aren't huge, but will get to be a decent size. The 12 kuhlis should make for a tank that's pretty full. The beauty of the kuhlis though is that it won't look crowded, but will still be active. Everyone will have their own little swimming level.

Wow I have 8 harlequins, 6 kuhlis and 2 honey gouramis and I thought I was overstocked!

I wouldn't consider it overstocked. So long as you have a good maintenance schedule you could easily add a few more of the smaller fish, such as the rasboras or kuhlis, and be fine. I've found that live plants help in situations like this too. They suck in a lot of the harmful stuff, such as ammonia and nitrate. In a situation where you're either just right or maybe pushing overstocked, they can make a big difference in keeping the water quality good.
