Lamp eye Rasbora, real or mislabel?

I saw a cool little fish today. It was silvery and had amazing blue eyes. They are small and school.

The tank said they were Lamp Eye Rasbora. I cannot find any info, there was no scientific name on the tank. It could be the emerald eye rasbora.

Do you think they were marked incorrectly? People were buying them, saying that they hadn't seen them before.

Thanks! Not that. I think it's the green eye rasbora.

In my tank the eyes aren't as blue, I will have to see what kind of bulb the LFS used.
