This is my 29 gal tank, you can kind of estimate the amount of moss you will be getting. All of moss you can see *excluding the moss wall in the back. My estimate is about the volume of a 5 gal tank. I will be redoing my tank over the weekend so I will update this thread with a better estimate of how much java moss there is.
