when you're posting, look right on top (next to where you can change your font n stuff) , you'll see a little image of a mountain with a sun. click on it. Enter the URL of where the image is, and you'll be all set.
or, just get the url of where the image is, and put it between these

What about the avator I cant get the pictures small enough without comprimising quality? I think I got it now.
