According to the story, that's a 19 year old pair breed in korea. They are normal koi but the pattern in their head make them look like a human face.

Some of those fish are MOII MACHO FUGLY !!! The deepsea ones get all distorted and flattened when they take them out of the water like that. They look alot different in thier natural element....but just as ugly...lol...
