LFS Review site

I've referred to that site a few times, but it's hard to get a real feel for a store if there are only a couple reviews. What I like to do is plan "field trips" where I'll pick a nearby city and chart out an efficent route to hit several fish stores in one day...some things you just gotta experience yourself (bring a styrofoam fish box and mucho mula).

Its rather refreshing to see other people do this . My Aunt and Uncle got me into doing this when I was a kid and I never looked back...my wife thinks I am nuts for spending my entire day off just traveling around and not even buying anything!

i am trying to get my laptop gps set up so i have all the lfs around marked with icons so i can see them as i drive around.

i just got the new Streets & Trips and the iGuidance. as i drive around i find more and more lfs i just didnt know about. i have a lot around me its hard to keep track.

Not many stores listed for my area. I have been to some not on the list. Wrong addresses for some places as someone else mentioned. Sadly not many reviews. Not many stores close to home. How Far would you drive to a "local?" fish store?

i recommend this thread as a sticky. it would be a good way for people to find good LFS's and i think with proper input from this site's members, that site could really explode into something great.

Why not add them? It seems like they're a pretty new site and I'm sure many more will be added in time.
