How necessary is the blue actinic? Would it be bad if there was 144W of 12000K and 48W of actinic?

the wave lengths it gives off are really beneficial to corals.

I ended up going with the 96W blue actinic.

My total lighting is 96W @ 12000K and 96W blue actinic

Hopefully everything will be happy with that.

I got my light today. DHL busted it to hell. I am getting a new one sent to me tomorrow. I emailed the guy and this time I am getting it sent with a 50/50 bulb. He is also going to ship me an extra 50/50 bulb so I can put that in my other fixture. I will have 2 fixtures each with 50/50 @ 96W for a total of 192W.

Those will be good for soft corals and some LPS. Change the bulbs every 6 months.
