I have a 96W PC at 12000K. I am planning on adding a second light to the top. I was going to get the exact same fixture. This would bump me up to 192 W for a 46g tank. Should I get in this another 12000K PC bulb, a 50/50 bulb, or a completely blue actinic bulb?

I also just found a 78W fixture with T-6 bulbs in either 12000K or blue actinic.

I want to keep live rock, an anemone, and some easier corals.

Thanks in advance. Any advice is appreciated.

I can't afford the halides. The 50/50 is kind of what I am thinking. However, if I get entirely blue actinic, I effectively have a total 50/50 since my first light is a a regular light.
