I think it's a bunch of words that they put on some bulb boxes to sell bulbs.
But if your question is, is it OK to mix and match bulbs of different K ratings, the answer is yes.
The K rating relates to the way a plant or the tank itself will look to your eye or mine.
The lower the rating (ie. 2300K) the more green/yellow, the higher the rating (ie. 9350K) the more blue/white. Somewhere in between lies the 'full spectrum' (6700K) bulb.
