lil white dots

Thats called ich. Theres an article about it in the article section
 
yea my fish has ick too should i remove the 3 fish that have ick and use the treatment or can i use it for my whole tank?

that is ich. treat the whole tank with aquarium salt (1tsp per G)or use a commercial treatment. raisethe temp by about 4-5 dgree to help speed up it's life cycle.
