Link for diy screw type,compact flourescents

I came across the link but didnt save it. It was instructions on how to change the strip light to 2 screw in type compacts on a regular hood that comes with the tank. Does anyone have it?

And don't glue aluminum foil in place as per the instructable- that will scatter more light than it will redirect- just pick up a can of white gloss spray paint- if painting plastic- krylon fuision is amazing, wood- just about any will do.
