Little Bit of Help please

:sad: I am starting a 75 gallon salt water aquarium. I would like some corals not like a major reef but some corals and live rock and some fish fox face lo , clown fish, Blue tang, yellow tang, 2 hawk fish, a blue star fish, and an anmeone
what all do you think i need for a considerably cheap price
i know what i need just not what type

A bigger tank. That list won't fit into a 75.

I'd start off with advising you to research some more, and read through threads here. There are several good threads documenting how other people have setup their tanks, and this will give you a great starting point for planning your own setup.

90% of the time if you see a blue starfish it will usually be a Linkia, which is a good thing to avoid as most end up dying.

Not sure about they blue tang (regal tang) but most of the smaller tangs (incl Yellow Tang) regquire a large swimming area with a tank at least 120cm long.
