FWIW Rachel O'leary made a video about Crypt parva pitching it and stating it was the easiest carpet plant (just grows very slowly)

I kept Cryptocorine parva planted in sand and with a not very good light and it spread very well on a part of the bottom of the tank, I'm sure that this time it will be better because of better conditions.

Crypts are one of those plants that can be finnicky about being transplanted to different aquariums/different water parameters.

If you have grown them before, I would expect you will be ok. Potentially be ready for them to melt at first though

Hi dougall, I hope that does not happen, but anyway, the owner of the tank that inspired me to do this configuration had problems with Cryptocorines in the beginning, not even he had everything under control always, that encourages me. Today I was checking a place two hours from my city, great, I was hoping to get some interesting plants to put on top of the tank:

crypts melting is pretty normal, most all times they will bounce back,, it isn't normally something to worry about.

I just wouldn't be surprised if you lose some or all of the leaves when you initially plant them.

We started working, the previous hardscape has disappeared, maybe it could be something annoying on my part, but I soon get bored seeing the same thing ?‍.

Hello again, the tank has been working for approximately 17 days, there is a lot of development left for the plants to get the final job that I'm looking for.

Thank you very much, for some reason I can only see two photos, but I think you mean the bromelia on the left side. Other plants there are Peperomia, Pontederia rotundifolia and ferns.

Ha ha Lalo, I see I was seeing both above & below your water line & thinking it was more pics, sorry, lol, my bad.

It's the emersed ovate thick leaves with a kind of gray patina in the center of your pic (& a leaf on the right)...I guess it could be a pepperomia...there are lots of them...
