long nose butterfly and shrimp?

Some of you may remember my neighbor has a large tank, its what got me started. I told him about this site but he wants me to ask a few questions for him. He cleaned out his stock and wants to keep just a few fish but mostly inverts and corals. Can he keep a long nosed butterfly and ortemintal shrimp together? like a CBS or cleaner?

The long nose buterfly is not a trusted reef fish IMO. I would be more worried about the corals with this fish.
