The thread started when the OP posted a large number of smileys and said "Who can beat me?" I did by posting enough to make the page unloadable for most people, but I (among other people) asked for this to be changed so that the site wasn't shut down by one post full of smilies. That's what we're talking about--I guess this thread is now worthless (it arguably always was, I guess).
